Integrating with The Rock ChMS is simple, but there are several steps you need to take to setup the ROCK RMS integration...

STEP ONE:
Add API Key from Rock To ChurchStamp

1.1 Generate new API Key

1.2 SEARCH for the name of the Key. It will pull up a 'person'.

Give the key name/person profile permissions for the API Key to be used.

1.4 Add the Key to ChurchStamp --> Integrations

STEP TWO:
Create new GROUP TYPE in RockRMS

STEP THREE:
EDIT newly created GROUP TYPE in RockRMS

3.1 General Settings

3.2 Attendance Settings

3.3 Scheduling Settings

3.4 Assign GroupType Role User

3.5 Set GroupType ROLE permissions

3.6 Set GroupType Display Options

STEP FOUR:
CHOOSE / ADD Trigger GROUP

4.1 Go to GROUP VIEWER. Either choose an existing group or create a new one
4.2 SET GROUP PERMISSIONS to Use API

STEP FIVE:
CHOOSE / ADD Trigger In ChurchStamp

*Most common trigger is 'When person is Added to Group'

5.1 Choose The Trigger & related RockRMS Group

5.2 Wait a few seconds for ChurchStamp to Connect to ROCKRMS

5.3 Add the Action you want ChurchStamp to perform

STEP SIX:
TEST & CONFIRM

6.1 Add Person To RockRMS Group Triggered in Step 5

6.2 View related Campaign in ChurchStamp to confirm Postcard Event
